New human species found

Most interesting quote from the artice - "...finding additional ancient remains could also help researchers examine how the different species lived side-by-side - whether they mixed or avoided each other, and how they shared food and other resources in their landscape." I wonder HOW researchers will ever be able to know how these ancient people really lived...

  2. I wonder if they are looking at location of where these remains were found vs. other species, and proximity of any tools etc?

  3. I have always found it interesting when there is a new discovery found on Earth. It is almost as if it is a big surprise when some sort of fossilized remains are found. While I appreciate space exploration, and its contributions to the growth of technology, I can't help but wonder what sort of social and anthropological advances might be made if we invested more resources into unlocking the unknowns of our planet. Entire civilizations could be (and probably are) buried under the sea. Understanding primitive technology could be the key to developing modern technology.
